I was so excited to find out I had passed and became a National Board Certified Teacher in November. I celebrated with my family and then moved on with the school year. Then I recieved an invitation to be recognized by the AZK12 organization.

I was super excited to be able to go and be recognized for all of the hard work and effort I had put in to accomplish this HUGE task.

I am so glad mom was able to come and watch me walk across the stage. She was my rock through this process. She drove all over the state, proofread my papers, and ripped the box out of my hands to mail it off for me.

It was nice that Marsha, Jan, and Erin were there too!

FLOORING UGH!

Kevin and I started ripping up all of our floors in November....yes, November. We are almost done. While he has been away at school, I have been busy working on the floors (with the help of my dad). I have to get it done this weekend, because I am hosting bunco in 2 weeks. I always do this....remodel, fix, start a project and then have to get it done because we are hosting something. STRESSFUL, yes, but a definate way to get things done!

BLOGGING

Well, Ella has started blogging at school. She is pretty crazy about it right now. I figure if my 7 year old can remember to got to her blog every day or so, I should try to be better.
